These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kg4441 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kg4441 website located at https://kg4441.app, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support channels made available through that domain.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or simply browsing and using any feature of the kg4441 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version for all interpretive purposes. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall have legal effect in the event of any conflict or ambiguity with the English text.

kg4441 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will display a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Changes take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Players who continue to use the platform following publication of updated Terms are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on kg4441, including but not limited to: live casino games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat), crash games (Aviator by Spribe), slot machines, video poker (Jacks or Better), cricket betting and sports wagering on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other events.

Access to kg4441 and participation in any gaming or wagering activity on the platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria listed in this section. If at any point your circumstances change such that you no longer satisfy these criteria, you are obliged to notify kg4441 immediately and cease using the platform until your eligibility is restored or confirmed.

Registration Requirements

To access the full range of kg4441 products, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested in the registration form. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, contact mobile number (a Bangladesh mobile number registered to a bKash, Nagad, or other supported MFS wallet is recommended), and a chosen password.

You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information during registration. You must not impersonate any other person or use any other person's identity, contact details, or payment methods without their explicit written consent. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on kg4441. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kg4441 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonus claims across those accounts, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kg4441 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kg4441 support immediately at [email protected]. All support communications are in English and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays.

Account Information Updates

You are responsible for ensuring that the information held on your kg4441 account remains accurate and current at all times. If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number or email address — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing or restrict access to certain platform features.

Supported Payment Methods

kg4441 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of active payment options is always displayed in the Account Cashier section.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on kg4441 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by kg4441, although your chosen MFS provider or bank may apply its own transaction caps. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your kg4441 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. Bank card and online banking deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on your bank's processing time.

kg4441 does not charge any deposit fees. Standard transaction fees imposed by your MFS provider (for example, bKash send-money charges) remain the responsibility of the player and are not reimbursed by kg4441.

Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are processed within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals to Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or City Bank are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the kg4441 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined or reversed.

Currency

All transactions on kg4441 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There is no currency conversion applied to player accounts. The balance displayed in your account at all times reflects your exact BDT balance with no hidden conversion markups.

Anti-Money Laundering

kg4441 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. All deposits must originate from a payment method that is legally registered in the name of the account holder. The platform monitors transaction patterns for signs of suspicious activity and may report unusual behaviour to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Players must not use kg4441 as a mechanism for transferring funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.

Bonus Abuse

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
• Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion.
• kg4441 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kg4441 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one player account on kg4441.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including false date of birth to circumvent age restrictions.
• Attempting to access or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a known or discovered exploit must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including card marking, chip dumping, or match fixing in relation to any sports event wagered upon via kg4441.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions or claiming region-specific promotions.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using kg4441 for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kg4441 staff or other players via any communication channel.

kg4441 reserves the right to determine, at its sole and reasonable discretion, whether a player's conduct falls within the scope of prohibited behaviour described above. All decisions made under this section are final and binding.

Closure by the Player

You may close your kg4441 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] from the email address registered on your account. Upon receiving a closure request, kg4441 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Any active bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Closure or Suspension by kg4441

kg4441 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• kg4441 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Where an account is closed by kg4441 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from kg4441 for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion at any time via Account Settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion is permanent and takes effect immediately. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the expiry of the chosen exclusion period. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and kg4441 relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first contact the kg4441 support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. The support team will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (BST). If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the informal resolution process, you may escalate the matter in writing. kg4441's decision on any dispute is final after the escalation process has been completed.

Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and kg4441 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Failure by kg4441 to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
